1. Estimated dates of completion and arrival of artwork as advised by the artist are to be used as a guide only. All efforts will be made to meet expectations - should this not be possible, the buyer will be advised as soon as possible.
3. Once the artwork is completed a low resolution digital scan will be emailed to the buyer for final approval before the image is sent. All efforts will be made to accurately represent the artwork; however there may be a slight difference in the colour between the digital and hard copy due to variation in screen settings between computers. Reasonable difference in colouration is not a valid reason for a return and/or refund.
4. All prices listed and quoted are in Australian Dollars only. Payment is possible via PayPal, Bank Transfer or Personal Cheque; payment via cheque is only counted as recieved once cleared by the bank.
5. Orders will be posted approximately 3 working days after full payment has been received. If there are any delays, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
6. Order includes cost of artwork only; artwork will not be framed by the artist due to the difficulties and significant extra expenses involved in shipping framed artwork.
7. Purchase of any prints or original artwork does not automatically include purchase of copyright, commercial rights or any manner of distribution rights. Should you wish to use any images purchased from this website for any purpose other than private display (eg commercial distribution, publication etc), prior written consent must be obtained from the original artist (Michaela Blassnig) and may require the purchase of a commercial license.
8. If the product received is defective or not what was originally ordered, please return it within 30 days and a replacement or refund will be issued, depending on what is appropriate to the situation. Please note that Embiearts.com takes no responsibility for damage done during shipping. Postal insurance will be purchased where relevant.
9. The artist reserves the right to refuse commissions on the following grounds:
------- Requests for pornographic, excessively violent, or other imagery deemed unaccaptable;
------- Excessive commission load. The buyer will be advised as to when new slots may open up or can choose to go on a waiting list.
10. The artist reserves the right to cancel a commissioned artwork without refunding the deposit, on the following grounds:
------- Requests to alter the concept to unacceptable imagery (see point 9);
------- Excessive refusals of concept sketches (may vary depending on client; minimum of 6 refusals).
Shipping and Returns Policy:

2. Artwork will only be posted or shipped once full payment has been received. Once payment is received, orders will be shipped within 3 working days.
3. Artwork purchased from the shop will not be framed before shipping due to the difficulties and significant extra expenses involved in shipping framed artwork.
4. Slight paper warping is expected and natural for watercolour works due to the painting process and is not grounds for a refund.
5.
